Heike Kallert - Business Coach & Frankfurter Mädsche.
I am a real Frankfurt girl. Born in Frankfurt am Main in 1968, I now live in Schwalbach am Taunus. That's where my work for Procter & Gamble took me.
Change and development processes have always accompanied and inspired me.
So it is not surprising that, as a Business Economist and HR-Management Economist, I have worked in a wide variety of areas, roles and countries in internationally operating corporations such as Procter&Gamble, the Gillette Group and Braun AG. Over the course of my more than 30 years of professional life, all these enriching stations have made me an experienced Industry Generalist with a holistic view.
Despite all the diversity and my natural curiosity for innovative and new things, there have always been two constants. My connection to the Rhine-Main region and working with people in the context of coaching, consulting and training. Because from this I generate success, fulfilment of meaning and a satisfied gut feeling. I simply love it and my clients benefit from it.
As a certified Coach (Deutscher Coaching Verband e.V.), I support Executives and Entrepreneurs in their desire for further self-development. Often with the overarching goal of employee loyalty and generating more corporate resilience in times of massive change.

and Travel
Lots of Miles with happy smiles! My recipe for independent and slow travel. I'm grateful for the many formative experiences I've had in faraway countries around the world. Today, I'm no longer drawn quite so far away. I'm much more attracted to spontaneous travel, free from planning and obligation. My VolkswagenW T3 Bulli fulfils exactly this wish. Relaxed free time that never gets boring.
and BREATH
Breathe deeply and think nothing! For me, that works best when I'm hiking and climbing in the mountains. I
am always fascinated by how quickly I can switch off in nature. That's why I treat myself to nature and freshair as often as possible and in all weathers. You don't need a lot of words, just concentrate on your own body and soak up the impressions. That makes me happy!
and creativity
I draw fresh energy from time alone with myself. Today I consciously create space for my "quiet" hobbies. I enjoy my creative craft world when drawing, photographing and working on my camping bus! Again and again, something unique is created by my hand and provides a sense of achievement, new strength and inspiration.
